Verdicts and Settlements

As your representatives, our job is to make sure that we recover compensation for you that is fair and reasonable. In Washington State the law says that somebody who has been injured by another person's negligence deserves to be made whole, or put back into the position that they were in, but for the negligence. In our civil justice system the way that we do that is with money. While this is an important part of recovery from a serious injury, we also encourage our clients to seek healing in other ways. This includes the medical treatment, therapy, spiritual healing, a connection to the natural world, and other means.   • Confidential Settlement after Defense Verdict Overturned in Medical Malpractice Case
