Heidi Main

Office Administrator / Paralegal

Heidi is a paralegal and the office administrator for the firm. She graduated Phi Theta Kappa from Whatcom Community College and attended the Human Services program at Western Washington University.

 

Heidi began her career at Mumford Law Firm in 2004 as legal assistant to Karen Funston and Philip Buri until their retirements at the end of 2025.

Heidi provides litigation support on a broad range of cases including, but not limited to real estate, personal injury, construction defect, employment, and sexual harassment. She has assisted multiple trials and land use hearings before the Whatcom County Superior Court, Whatcom County Hearing Examiner, Pollution Control Hearings Board, and Department of Ecology.

 

Heidi enjoys working with clients as they maneuver the legal system. From her first contact she is committed to making them feel at ease, heard, and informed.

 

When not in the office she enjoys many types of outdoor adventures with family and friends including, but not limited to, puddle jumping, backpacking, running, skiing, and climbing.

Kris Landin

Paralegal

Kris brings more than 34 years of legal experience, primarily in personal injury law—her passion. She holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Washington State University and certifications in medical assisting and coding, making her a vital resource for interpreting the medical components of injury claims.


Kris is a fierce advocate for injured clients, helping them navigate overwhelming insurance processes with confidence. Outside of work, she enjoys kayaking, sculpting, and cheering for the Seahawks and Cougars.

Pam Robinson

Paralegal

With over 40 years of experience in the legal field, Pam is deeply versed in plaintiff’s personal injury representation. Her liberal arts degree from SUNY Plattsburgh and her broad administrative background allow her to support complex legal cases with empathy and precision.


Pam helps clients feel seen and supported through litigation’s many twists and turns. She’s called the Pacific Northwest home for four decades and appreciates its quality of life and natural beauty.

Alison Gonzales

Paralegal

Alison joined the firm in 2023 with a strong commitment to advocacy and client care. She holds an AAS in Paralegal Studies from Whatcom Community College and is continuing her education at Washington State University.


Fluent in the legal needs of diverse communities, Alison also volunteers with Law Advocates to help underserved individuals access legal resources. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and caring for her senior cats.

Hannah Marsau

A graduate of Whatcom Community College’s Paralegal Studies program, Hannah transitioned from opera to law in 2024 to make a greater impact in her community. She supports clients with compassion and a deep sense of responsibility.

 

She actively volunteers with local organizations, reflecting her commitment to service both in and outside of work. Hannah enjoys paddleboarding, hiking, and reading with her family and pets.
