Fighting for the Injured Across Northwest Washington
Tom Mumford is a respected personal injury attorney in Bellingham, known for his relentless pursuit of justice, deep community ties, and straightforward legal strategy. With over two decades of civil litigation experience, Tom focuses exclusively on helping injured people and their families recover compensation and clarity after life-changing accidents.

The Legal Ally Your Want By Your Side
Empathy. Strategy. Justice.
For Tom, being a lawyer means standing up for people when they feel most vulnerable. He listens closely, explains clearly, and builds every case around the client’s unique goals—whether they want to take it to trial or simply move on.
He believes good representation isn’t just about the outcome—it’s about the process, the respect shown, and the peace of mind delivered.
“Tom helped me understand what my case was really worth. I had no idea how much the insurance company was trying to undercut me. He fought for more—and we got it.”
